Did you get a message saying you won?
Let’s make sure it’s really us. Sadly, fake accounts copy event pages at Christmas and message people about prizes they never won. Here’s exactly how we run our giveaways — and the things we will never ask you for.
What we will always do
- Announce every winner publicly on the original post first
- Message you only from @christmaslightfest
- Ask for your first name and email — nothing else
- Send one thing: a code you enter yourself at checkout
- Give you your prize free and clear, with nothing to pay
What we will never do
- Ask you to pay a fee, deposit or shipping cost to claim a prize
- Ask for your card number, bank details or payment of any kind
- Ask for your Social Security number or date of birth
- Ask you to click a link to “verify” your identity or account
- Sell tickets anywhere other than christmaslightfest.com
The only place to buy Old West Christmas Light Fest tickets is christmaslightfest.com, which checks you out through TicketSpice. We are not on any resale site, and no one else is authorized to sell our tickets.
How our giveaways work
1. Enter on any platform
We run giveaways on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. Each one has its own winner, so you can enter wherever you follow us. No purchase is ever necessary.
2. Winners are announced publicly
We post the winners on the original giveaway post or story first — so when a message from us arrives, you are already expecting it.
3. We send one code
Our message contains a single ticket code and a link to our own website. We ask only for your first name and email so we know where to send it.
4. You pick your night
Enter your code at checkout on christmaslightfest.com and your total drops to $0. You choose the night that works for your family.
About your ticket code
- Each code works one time only and cannot be replaced, so please don’t share it publicly or send it to anyone else.
- A giveaway code covers up to 5 tickets on a single order.
- Codes are good on any night we’re open — November 27 through December 23, 2026. There are no blackout dates.
- Codes expire when the season ends on December 23, 2026, and have no cash value.
- Popular nights fill up, so choose your night early rather than waiting until the last weekend.
Think someone is pretending to be us?
Please report the account to the platform and block it, and don’t send any information or money. Then tell us at [email protected] or 830-215-0686 so we can warn other families. If you’re ever unsure whether a message really came from us, just ask — we would much rather answer than have anyone lose a Christmas gift to a scam.

Official giveaway rules
No purchase necessary to enter or win; a purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Open to legal residents of Texas who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Entry requirements and closing times are listed on each giveaway post. Winners are selected at random from valid entries and announced publicly on the original post; if a winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected. Prizes are as described on the giveaway post, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or resold. One prize per household per giveaway. Ticket codes are valid for the 2026 season only and expire December 23, 2026.
These giveaways are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta or TikTok. By entering, you release those platforms from any responsibility and acknowledge that your information is provided to Old West Christmas Light Fest, not to the platform. We use the information you give us only to deliver your prize.
